1. General
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta and the European Union. The operator is Tulipán Negro, based in Żejtun, Malta.
2. Products
All products sold are authentic Tulipán Negro personal care products. Product images are representative; minor variations in packaging may occur due to manufacturer updates. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of checkout is the price you pay.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation.
4. Delivery
- We deliver within Malta and Gozo only.
- Standard delivery charge: €5. Free delivery on orders of €50 or more.
- Collection/pickup is free of charge and available within 1–2 hours of order confirmation.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is:
- Received in a damaged or defective condition, or
- Significantly different from what was described on the website.
To report a damaged or defective item, contact us at Harox492@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the item and packaging. We will assess each case individually.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU and Maltese consumer law.
6. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed and payment processed, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at Harox492@gmail.com or +356 99298974 and we will do our best to assist.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
